Qurak evaluates the expressions you submit and returns computed results, over the web, the HTTP API and MCP. Using the service means these terms apply to that use.
An account is for your own use. Keep your credentials secure and take responsibility for activity carried out with them, including by tools and agents you connect. Accounts under an organization are administered by that organization.
Use the service lawfully and within the limits of your plan. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, to reach other accounts, to resell access, or to work around applicable limits. Access may be suspended or restricted at the operator's discretion.
Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor. Plan features, prices and limits are as presented on the site from time to time and may change.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or end access to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the update applies.
